 天鹏会计集团是由河南天鹏会计师事务所有限公司、河南天鹏土地估价事务所有限公司、河南天鹏工程造价咨询有限公司、河南天鹏房地产估价事务所有限公司、河南天鹏财税咨询有限公司、河南天诚资产评估事务所有限公司等六家经济鉴证类中介服务机构组成的紧密型集团，下属六家机构分别经河南省财政厅、河南省国土资源厅、河南省建设厅批准，在工商行政管理机关登记注册。其中，河南天鹏财税咨询有限公司是国际财务管理协会(IFMA)中国总部在河南地区的独家授权机构，负责河南地区国际财务管理师(IFM)的培训、考试和认证工作。集团荟萃会计、审计、资产评估、土地估价、房地产估价、税务、工程、法律等各类专业人才80余人，其中：注册会计师25人，注册税务师8人，注册资产评估师8人，土地估价师4人，注册造价工程师6人，国际财务管理师5人，房地产估价师、律师等6人，具有中高级职称的占80%，大专以上文化水平的占90%，相当人员具备两种以上执业资格，技术力量雄厚。根据<<中华人民共和国注册会计师法>>和国家其他相关法律法规的规定，本集团在业务范围内全面接受社会各界委托，不受行政区域和行业的限制，所出具的业务报告具有法定证明效力。
